I had a great time during my husband's business trip. The room really needed a fresh coat of paint and new carpet but had a comfy double bed and a spacious walk-in shower. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working, but overall, we had an awesome stay! 🌟

The room I stayed in had a new carpet and a tub shower, and was equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge.

The location in a very nice area was magnificent. The staff members were excellent and pretty friendly.

Our room had a double bed that looked brand new and felt super cozy. The bathroom was clean and had everything you need, including heating, a personal safe, and a TV with lots of channels. 😊

comfort inn exceeded my expectations during this summer holiday. the staff was awesome, especially the young lady who helped me during a diabetic episode. the location was excellent and the facilities were clean and comfortable.

The staff was unaccommodating during check-in.

Breakfast was ok

We booked a room with double bed when we arrived clerk said they were out of double room so booking was useless. Clerk said speak to manager she was the person booked the room. Bed needs new mattress squeak with every move. No wash clothes in room

The hotel had accommodating and exceptionally nice staff. Got the same well-appointed and big room with 2 beds booked online, appreciated that. The venue was situated in a secluded location really close to everything you need. There was Firehouse Subs nearby, offering quick meals.

The room smelt like an ashtray. I didn't realize that I had booked a room that was smoked in and when I requested a different room she quickly told me nothing else was available. There was a car out that night that continually had the alarm going off and when we called the front desk the girl acted like it was to much of a task for her to go out to see which one it was. I will not be staying at this one ever again. We did go buy some febreeze to spray the room down the best we could.

had such great stay for husband's business trip, the staff were superbly friendly, location was magnificent to downtown memphis. there were a work desk, a couch bed and an electronic key card in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

The location here was fantastic, it was close to everywhere we needed to be, and our room had a walk-in shower and a comfortable double bed for our one-night stay.
